I don't know if Chase bank reads our blogs but...
they just did a few of the things we were complaining about awhile back. You can know set preferences with your account so you no longer have to press what language you want or if you want an receipt, etc… This coupled with the feds cracking down on overdraft fees makes me only slightly less angry at our banking system.

theidiotking: I’ve been whittling down a bottle of 500 Ibuprofen, and I just noticed an expiration date of June 2009. So… shit. Well it doesn’t really expire so much as lose it’s potency a bit.
