photo FREE STARBUCK’S
I hardly ever go to Starbuck’s. I always try to get coffee at an independent store, but on Sunday I went to Starbuck’s twice. I was out of town and nothing kills time like getting coffee. For whatever reason, both times I got the coffee for free. Each time, the barista said the same exact thing, “Don’t worry about it.” I’m attributing these incredible acts of kindness to the following possibilities:
A.  Look at me, I’m incredibly attractive. They just wanted a piece of the action.
B.  They saw me perform at Berkeley the night before and were understandibly star struck.
C.  They hate their jobs and take every opportunity to brighten someone’s day by giving free coffee to people they feel deserve it. (This one is highly unlikely, it’s probably A or B or a combination thereof.)
