Location: Istanbul, Turkey

I was walking around the Grand bazaar, a massive covered market that dates back to 1455, and came across a local’s barber shop. Well I assumed it was for locals because when I walked up, three huge mustache’od men looked at me with that “what-the-fuck-are-you-doing-here” look. I motioned I wanted a shave, which I think they liked because they all started laughing at me. I had a beard at the time so they pointed to my mustache and motioned between thumbs up and thumbs down. I gave a thumbs up that I would keep the mustache. They then said the turkish word for, “Alll right!”
