I finally got to eat at Street. (742 Highland, just north of Melrose). It basically serves gourmet street food. My favorite thing to do when traveling was to eat at street food stands. The sketchier, the better. I’ve been hearing a lot about Street and it definitely lives up to the hype. The dumpling sampler platter on the right was amazing. I want to go back and try a dish with chicken. I love my country, but other places have us so beat when it comes to chicken. Have you ever had cuban chicken? Shit have you ever had Puerto Rican restaurant chicken? It’s like putting god in your mouth. If you’re looking for a fancy pants place to take a date (but not too fancy pants), Street’s pretty great.
