Two nights ago my brother cooked up this artic char fish, shitake mushrooms and udon noodle soup with homemade udon noodles from scratch. This is nothing compared to the food fest he has planned for today. I feel like my body is about to go to war. I weighed myself as soon as I woke up. 178 pounds. Can’t wait to weight myself after dinner and see how good this Thanksgiving really was.
