Okay Tumblr, let’s level. I’m doing my one man show tomorrow at UCB and I want you there. Why? A: It’s a scientific fact that comedy shows are a lot less awkward when there’s an audience. B: I think you’ll like it. To be honest, I started writing it because I thought “one man show” was another way of saying “hey it doesn’t have to be that funny.” But I’ve really enjoyed the process and am very excited about the finished product. So if you’ve enjoyed my stuff on Tumblr, why don’t you take take a chance on your Wed night early evening plans? We’ll go get drinks at Birds afterwards and maybe upgrade our friendship from “internet pals” to “real life acquaintances.”
