When I was home last week, I went to “The Tubs”, which are the giant earth potholes made by glaciers. According to wiki, “Continuously flowing glacial meltwater gouged a line of smooth tubs in gritty sandstone over 12,000 years ago.^[1] The tubs are potholes formed by the flowing water.”

Even though this place is really close to the house where I grew up, I’ve only been here a handful of times. It was the perfect place to cool down in the summer. We would climb from tub to tub, even though you’re not supposed to. But I guess us Babcock’s are natures’ bad boys.
